*Eat more vegitables
*Excersize daily, aside from resting on Sundays
*Spend no more then 1 Hour on the computer daily
*Drink more water/less soda
*Keep my caloric intake to around 1500 daily
*Get dressed and ready everyday no matter what I am doing
*Smile more! Be proud of who I am
*Cook healthy for my family
*Have a healthy BMI
I am sure there will be more to follow but I feel as though this is a great start!
